Undergrad Majors | Minors

The College of Applied Arts offers three undergraduate degrees in a Bachelors of Science: Agriculture, Criminal Justice, and Family Consumer Sciences. We also offer a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences and Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.).

The majors under Agriculture include:

  • General Agriculture with or without Teacher Certification
  • Animal Science Tracks: 
    •  Pre-Vet Specialization
    • General Animal Science
  • Agriculture-Business Management with Emphasis in:
    • Management
    • Systems
    • Horticulture

The majors under Criminal Justice include:
 

  • Criminal Justice
  • Criminal Justice - Law Enforcement
  • Criminal Justice - Corrections

The majors within the School of Family Consumer Science include:
 

  • Consumer Affairs with or without Teacher Certification
  • Consumer Affairs (Consumer Science Option) w/ minor in either Business Administration , Mass Communication, Social Work,  or Financial Planning.
  • Nutrition and Foods with three tracks:
    • With minor
    • Dietetics
    • Teacher Certification
  • Interior Design
  • Fashion Merchandising with required minor in Business Administration
  • Family and Child Development with or without Teacher Certification

The major within the School of Social Work:

  • Social Work (B.S.W)

The major within the Department of Occupational, Workforce, and Leadership Studies:

  • Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS)
