PASS Program

REQUIREMENTS

Partners in Academic Student Success

If you have been identified to be on academic probation, you must complete the following three requirements in order to have your probation hold removed:

  • Attend one Advising Center Success Orientation Session (SOS).
The Advising Center offers two different types of SOS: SOS I for students in their first semester on probation and SOS II for students in their second semester on probation.

Click here for a calendar of these SOS sessions and more information on the requirements for these sessions.

  • Attend three PASS Workshops offered by different offices on campus throughout the semester.
  • Complete the PASS Workshop Assignment Log and submit it to the Advising Center through TRACS. If this log is not filled out, you will not be considered for release.  Remember, the Advising Center will only accept Assignment Logs submitted through TRACS.

Your hold will be released within 24 hours of the Advising Center 's receipt and verification of your PASS Workshop Assignment Log.

If you fail to comply with any of these requirements, the Advising Center WILL NOT remove your probation advising hold.

If you have any questions about your academic status, please contact the Advising Center at 512-245-1490.
