Students interested in changing their major to a major within the College of Applied Arts, or adding or dropping their minor need to fill out a change of major/minor form.  Students that are on Academic Probation or on Academic Suspension are not able to change their major, until they achieve a 2.0 GPA.   Students can download the form below and submit it to the College of Applied Arts Advising Center, located in the Agriculture Building, room 201.
